Creating a New OnDemand Plan
Overview
This document provides a comprehensive guide for creating an On-Demand Plan using the PortOne Dashboard. An On-Demand Plan allows merchants to charge customers based on their usage or activity without fixed intervals.
Steps to Create an On-Demand Plan
1. Login to the Portal
- Navigate to the PortOne Admin Portal.
- Enter your login credentials and access the dashboard.
2. Access the Subscriptions Section
- From the left navigation bar, click on Subscriptions.
- Select the Plan option.
3. Create a New Plan
- Click on the "Create Plan" button to initiate the plan creation process.
4. Fill in the Plan Details
Provide the required information to set up your On-Demand plan:
Plan Name · required
- Enter the name of the plan.
- Example: "Pay-As-You-Go Fitness Membership"
Description · required
- Add a description for the plan.
- Note: Maximum 100 characters are allowed.
- Example: "Flexible payment for on-demand fitness classes."
Additional Notes (Optional)
- Toggle the checkbox to add additional notes.
- For each note, fill in:
- Title: Brief title of the note.
- Description: Detailed explanation or message.
- You can add multiple pairs of notes if necessary.
On Demand · required
- Enable this option to activate the On-Demand Plan feature.
- Description: "Enable this option to charge any amount whenever you need."
Currency · required
- Choose the applicable currency for the plan from the dropdown menu.
- Example: USD, VND.
5. Create the Plan
- Review the entered details to ensure accuracy.
- Click on the "Create Plan" button to finalize the plan setup.
Key Notes
- Plan Name and Description: These are mandatory fields; ensure they are filled accurately.
- On Demand: This option must be enabled to activate On-Demand Plans.
- Additional Notes: Use this feature to provide extra information or instructions related to the plan.
- Currency Selection: Choose the currency applicable to your target audience or business model.
- Verification: Double-check all details before submitting the form.
